There are three levels of room to choose from – standard, premier and deluxeHere’s a brief run down of what you can expect when you make Teesside House your home from home, whatever category of room you choose.
Bedrooms – fully-fitted carpet, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair, curtains, bedside cabinet, and telephone socket.
En-Suite Bathrooms – shower cubicle, wash basin, mirror and WC.
Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen – leather settee, table and chairs, 2 sink areas, 2 cookers, microwave, fridge freezer, and vacuum cleaner.
In addition to the above facilities, you will also have access to
- Laundry and vending facilities
- A dedicated maintenance team on call 24/7
- Private phone line and internet connection at competitive rates
- A state-of-the-art security system, including 24/7 monitored CCTV
Pricing
| Reservation Fee – to secure your place, we will ask for a reservation fee of £100, which is refundable against your first rental payment. Administration Fee – a fee of £35 is payable on application to cover the cost of obtaining credit/guarantor references. Rent – all rental agreements are for 50 weeks. Prices start at £69.50 per week for a Standard room. Premier and deluxe rooms are also available. Please ask for pricing information. Payment Terms - you can pay annually by cash, cheque, credit or debit card, and receive a 2% discount. Termly payment is also acceptable using the same methods of payment. Dilapidations Bond – you will also be required to pay a £200 bond which will be refundable at the end of the rental period less the cost of any remedial or repair work which may be required. |
